East Dean Grange provides both short and long stay residential and residential dementia care, personalised to the needs of residents, in peaceful surroundings.
Set in a peaceful spot of countryside in the pretty and ancient village of East Dean, local to the world-renowned Seven Sisters Country Park, the home was once the private residence of Air Vice Marshall, Sir John Salmond, the home is full of character and history.
Providing the advantage of being set within a village community but close to local towns (Eastbourne & Seaford) and the coast. The home is attractively decorated, complete with en suite rooms and a 24-hour call system.
There’s a small library filled with popular reads, three cosy and inviting lounges and a social dining area. East Dean Grange offers a wide variety of activities, there is a real sense of community here.
The staff work to discover what residents enjoy doing and the home's social calendar is organised around those interests.

Residential Care
We specialise in providing safe, experienced & professional Residential Care. With fully trained staff on site throughout the day, we provide safe, compassionate care in a luxurious, homely environment.
Residential Dementia Care
Alongside Residential Care, we also specialise in Dementia Care. All our staff undertake specialist Dementia Training and we have an inhouse Dementia Trainer. Our care is driven by the needs, abilities & aspirations of our residents
Respite Care
We are also able to provide respite residential & dementia residential care.
